Located just above the seaside promenade in Lovran's center, and surrounded by beautifully renovated villas dating back to the Austro-Hungarian monarchy, is the Hotel Excelsior - Liburnia. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, private parking, outdoor and indoor swimming pools with heated sea water, and a sauna. The stone-paved beach, a beautiful tree-filled park with a sea view, and the historic promenade are just outside the hotel.

Lovran's main attractions include the remnants of the city walls, the gates to the harbor, the restored medieval tower (now the Maritime Museum), and the gallery of the world-renowned painter Charles Billich. The town of Opatija can be reached via the beautiful seafront promenade.

Participants who wish to pay via invoice need to reserve accommodation as mentioned above but, in the last step, choose payment via invoice. At this step, data regarding the company, including name, address, and VAT number, will be needed. The invoice needs to be paid at least 10 days before arrival; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
